I am in the process of trying to buy an adjacent property to one we won from the heirs. Those people are out of their minds LOL. The executor has a realistic idea of what the property is worth, the other 4 have insane ideas about its value. We mean to be fair but we also mean to not overpay....as much as possible since we have more interest in keeping someone else from buying than most buyers would have. It is interesting....thankfully the executor seems pretty sane, has final say and is the type of person who will handle the others if they get out of line with her....
