Congratulations, you found a 1 bedroom, 1 bath house where the attic was turned into rooms but cant be classified as bedrooms because of no closets. Good thing its in a school district where the schools are on par with McKinley High. Also way to put people right in the middle of a high crime area ya goomba.

According to recent studies, its violent crime rate is nearly double that of the US average at 49.1 compared to 22.7. Property crime in Oxford is also well above the US average at 84.2 compared to 35.4, making it an unsafe place to live for many people. Source

Why not look at the averages instead of finding the outlier? Average 1st time home purchase in the US last summer was $243k Source. Average 1st time homebuyer household income was $107k this past fall Source.

If you adjust for inflation, the median income of Americans has only increased by about 45% from 1967. The median house sale price, however, has increased by 104%.

I am unsure why its hard for boomers in here to grasp that wages have not increased with the cost of living. Your obstinance to this is part of the reason people hate boomers.
