it's not wrong. It's exactly how I did it. I worked for years before I could afford a home. I lived in an apartment, and then a mobile home while I saved for the down payment.

Here was his exchange. He's presenting the same strategy he used in a much more advantageous position to a person today making no differentiation for todays market.
