Yes, the suburbs, which are now either cost prohibitive or crime ridden.

You are now demanding the younger generations move to the suburbs of the suburbs, which, by the way, are being built up by builders who are building those massive cookie cutter neighborhoods.

There are no starter homes in those areas.

I was driving through small town LA and they were marketing those “starter homes” at $280k.

And that was a region that had minimal job prospects.
