If the court of appeals or the Georgia Supreme Court rule she does not have jurisdiction, it means Willis' case crumbles like a house of cards, but such a ruling would also remove her immunity. This would leave her and Fulton County vulnerable to a multimillion-dollar lawsuit for violating the civil rights of each of the defendants.

What kind of example should be made of a prosecutor who, without shame, indicts people without having jurisdiction to do so? Life in prison would send a vey clear message to prosecutors everywhere, don't ya think? But only after they are broken financially from losing huge lawsuits.

Case is dead anyhow

State legislature is investigating her now with subpoena power and can compel her to testify as well.

She will not and refuse or plead the 5th. Once that happens she will be removed

I think her best bet of survival is to hope Trump gets elected again and then she quietly drops the case…that said she dumber than box of rocks and one of the more arrogant Democrats out there

Will be interesting to see what she decides to do
