Did Fani Willis Indict The ‘Fulton 19’ Defendants Without Proper Jurisdiction

If the court of appeals or the Georgia Supreme Court rule she does not have jurisdiction, it means Willis' case crumbles like a house of cards, but such a ruling would also remove her immunity. This would leave her and Fulton County vulnerable to a multimillion-dollar lawsuit for violating the civil rights of each of the defendants.
What kind of example should be made of a prosecutor who, without shame, indicts people without having jurisdiction to do so? Life in prison would send a vey clear message to prosecutors everywhere, don't ya think? But only after they are broken financially from losing huge lawsuits.
Fani, Oh No You Din

Case is dead anyhow
State legislature is investigating her now with subpoena power and can compel her to testify as well.
She will not and refuse or plead the 5th. Once that happens she will be removed
I think her best bet of survival is to hope Trump gets elected again and then she quietly drops the case…that said she dumber than box of rocks and one of the more arrogant Democrats out there
Will be interesting to see what she decides to do

She isn't worried, remember she has an endless supply of cash everywhere she lays her head

I do believe POTUS Trump is going to make her spend a lot of money defending herself in a lawsuit. POTUS Trump will do it for fun while teaching an expensive lesson.

Fani is up for reelection this year. Her democrat opponent in the May 21 primary is worse than she is. She will be facing a republican candidate for the general election in November.

I remember her smugness when she was testifying and how she said” I’m not on trial!” Now, maybe she will be.
