So are you going to try and refute the fact that Trump CONSTANTLY made terrible appointments that either refused to implement his agenda or outright subvert it?
Trump sabatoged himself before he was even sworn in by surrounding himself with the people that he did.
Easily the biggest lie Trump has told is that he is a great judge of character and would hire the best people.
