That doesn’t mean he won’t say anything.

But I’m also pretty sure he wouldn’t want his campus taken over and graffitied with stupid shite and have employees confronting cops and getting arrested.

It doesn’t, but it does make a difference to the type of response/statement we should expect.

OP is saying it deserves a response like UNC. At UNC, the protesters took down an American flag (which was flying at half mast, making it even more disrespectful), were breaking into classrooms at night, blocked traffic, refused to leave when the police tried to break it up, assaulted police officers, etc.

ETA: I’m not convinced it’s worth saying anything in the aftermath of an uneventful protest with low attendance/media focus. If you make a story out of it, you’re just throwing up the bat signal for the actual lunatic “activists” to come to town and stir up more shite.
