No matter what side of the aisle, no President/former President in history has been subjected to this much scrutiny. Almost 10 years now.

My thought is the same.
Except maybe have a legal expert testify that this is a federal case and not a state case and explain that the statute of limitations is expired. Also, maybe depending on the Cohen testimony, bring up attorney client privilege and how Cohen has violated it, but you could also attack him on those merits while he is on the stand.
