He didn’t pull into the other lane to make a traffic stop. He pulled into the other lane to protect the innocent pedestrians who were about to get plowed by the guy on the ATV illegally hauling arse on a bike/walking path. He even left room for the ATV to go behind him.
Some of y’all are dense.
