It’s so they can have restricted breeds or just animals in general in a no pet rental situation.
From a person who has been in property management way too long.
It is amazing that only the breeds that aren’t allowed provide comfort.

Lol yeah my 2 pit bulls and Rottweiler are emotional supports… it’s why I don’t write them. I have too much respect for people in property management and can’t stand shitty tenants
