Their new stadium has a ton of stands and is able to handle the volume. Superdome, for example, is pretty darn tight in the concourses. I do like the supermarket / convenience store model where you can pick whatever and then checkout.

yep. this is overlooked. maybe the area a vendor has in the superdome isn't large enough to keep much more inventory on stock
