We only ever buy stuff at Whole Foods that you normally can't buy at stores (which isn't a lot of things) or something that we see on sale. Their produce is about the same, if not a tiny bit higher than elsewhere. There is a better feeling about what I'm buying from Whole Foods in that department. Meat and fish are incredibly expensive, probably great quality, but I can't justify spending a lot on fresh meat regularly. I stick with frozen and previously frozen/wild caught fish at Costco.
