Isn’t he a massive alcoholic? There’s no such thing as “cutting back” in that case, so I don’t believe him. He probably just means he switched to beer from liquor or something.
With Ozempic being so big now, there’s really no excuse for him to not drop 100 pounds in a year or less. Take the shot once a week and try to stick to proteins. It is not hard.

Considering he is a former drug dealer, has battled addiction, is taking action to help fight drug addictions of all types. I imagine the last thing he will want to do is take a new drug to help his battle with obesity and then be concerned about potential addictions to that drug.
