re: Imma need to know what the OT baws are taking for these allergies/colds right now

Anecdotally…when I moved to Memphis from Baton Rouge 20 years ago, I was unfortunately introduced to sinus infections. Used to get two a year. 3 years ago, a friend of mine in Indianapolis told me about Epicor (I use the Healthy Origins brand I can buy on Amazon). Take it with a multivitamin and vitamin C every day. Haven’t had a single cold or sinus infection in 3+ years now. I know I’m just an n=1 but he swore by it and now I make sure I take it religiously. It’s like $8 a month.
