According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza as of 26 April, at least 34,356 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since 7 October.
The numbers you posted are not remotely accurate. They’re even more inflated then the figures Hamas has claimed which are also certainly exaggerated.
ETA: Your stats are only through February also. You literally found the most biased source possible and posted that to defend your position.

Most biased would be IDF or Hamas, but of course it has to be extremely biased otherwise your narrative falls apart
