re: Walk behind bush hog opinions

I did this last weekend. There is an empty lot next to me but it is cleared.

Clumps of grass and scrub trees up to about 5' tall.

Rented from Home Depot- the Billy Goat brand wasn't available but they had another brand. The guy at HD told me to wait until the Billy Goat came back in because this brand was super slow. I only had that day available so I took the slow one.

Holy shite that thing CRAWLED. Took me twice as long as I had planned but it did a great job. Mowed down brush and saplings with no problem. Had a few trees about 2" in diameter and it didn't miss a beat.

Bottom line- rent from Home Depot but make sure they have the Billy Goat brand, not Bluebird. They are both 26" cut. I paid $160 for a 24 hour rental.
