re: Life is Fragile

You hear it every day. Teenager dies in a car crash. Someone overdoses on drugs. A child is diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and dies shortly after. Someone is riding a bike and is killed by a passing car.

In other words, death is all around us. These are but just a few examples. It’s hard to accept that a person can be here on the Earth one day, and then gone forever the next.

This has been on my mind a lot lately, how life is so fragile and can end any day. Any of you have any advice on how to accept this inevitability and not let it stress me out?

Probably also remember that life expectancy in the United States has doubled and there was way more early death and unexpected tragedy years ago.
