Can't be. Democrats told me trump is a madman who will bomb or nuke others at the simplest provocation. the. If our trustworthy Democrats are that scared of him... then surely the Palestinians are shitting their britches. Right? Okay, that's just me getting distracted, reflecting back on all the fearmongering about trump. Has no relation with this thread.


But, you're right. He's not a warhawk. But he's not beyond trying to wipe out the upper echelons of Hamas. To Hamas, that would be worse than just dropping bombs.

Under him, Soleimani was executed, iran only lightly responded. Isis saw their leaders executed. Sure, isis survived, but those leaders are still dead. Hamas upper echelons don't want to be explicitly targeted by our country. That's most likely the reason they'd fear trump. I believe trump would belligerently demand they find where the hostages are.. send some special forces in quietly, execute the hostage takers, rescue the hostages..and then begin a campaign to systematically execute the upper echelons of Hamas. And with that demand, those who are in charge of strategizing, within the military industrial complex...will find a way to implement it.
