I am referring to increasing property taxes if St. George gets an ISD. As to the current incorporation, which does not include an ISD, St. George is projected to run a surplus in Year One.

We (StG) have paid to build a whole host of new schools in EBR over the past decade or more, and exactly ONE of those was actually built in the City of St. George. I’m not worried about our ability to fund and run an efficient ISD now that SWB won’t be spending all our money north of Florida Blvd.
