I’ve been saying it for some time.
Griff is the first domino that needs to fall after tonight.
He doesn’t need to be in charge of hiring a 3rd coach or not, and he doesn’t need to be involved with deciding BIs future, or our draft assets.

And he certainly doesn’t need to be involved with picking our next center, something he’s failed miserably at in 5 years.

There's no authority figure that will drop the hammer. It's like Dennis Allen getting a pass because they had a winning season.

I don’t disagree with you here. But I just don’t see this happening. I think unfortunately it will take a lot for him to get fired.
