That's what I have, too, or something similar to it- it's a PITA to clean so I just opt for roasted veggies instead of grilled.

This is what I'm concerned about. Wondering if may be best to keep the veggie pieces large when grilling and then chop them after they are grilled . Seems like this could make for some not very pretty food but whatever.

Spray them with oven cleaner.
Can literally spray the gunk off after.
I do this with my rotisserie contraption.
Works great.
