McElhenney has a point, but Always Sunny has also been on the air since 2005 and has been on FX/FXX.
I'm not so sure a new show on a network like NBC could get away with similar storylines.

FX or Hulu has pulled several Always Sunny episodes from streaming. Not sure why McElhenney chose this hill.
