Don Gorske, 70, extends his Guinness World Record for most McDonald's Big Macs eaten to over 34,000.

He used to consume nine Big Macs daily but has cut it down to one for lunch and one for dinner.

In order to maintain his health, he doesn't eat french fries and walks six miles a day.

If that is what he looks like at 70 maybe I need to start eating Big Macs. Minus the bowl cut of course.

Skips the fries. Presumably drinks water as well.

A Big Mac is 570 calories which isn't excessive for one meal.

I'd hate to see his cholesterol and blood pressure.

If he's eating for lunch and dinner, with no fries, no caloric soda it's easy.

He walks 6 miles a day too.

Big Mac is only like 550-600 calories.

Bro saving so much cash (for more Big Macs) having his mom give him and his sexy wife a mixing bowl haircut every 2 months.
