I used reg bleach. Mixed 1:2 with water
I spayed it on with a back pack sprayer but low pressure soap dispenser on pressure washer with extension will work. Do it while over cast or later in the evening so the sun doesn’t burn off the bleach to fast.
Someone also told me to add some Dawn soap to the mix to make it foam up more but I haven’t tried that yet.
Don’t use high pressure on your room

The above is a good answer. Water bleach and something to make it foam so it clings.
My son does house cleaning on the side while at LSU and that’s all there is to it. When he wakes up this afternoon (lol) I’ll ask him about the bleach ratio.
