Pretty dangerous flash flooding situation going on basically along a line from College Station to Shreveport.

Between 4 and 10" of rain have fallen and swift water rescues have been carried out. Two FF Emergencies encompassing roughly the same area with both expiring at the same time is kind of odd, though.
