Nobody forced anyone to purchase a house in EBR parish last time I checked. These people choose to purchase a large investment in EBR parish then decided they didn’t want to live in BR anymore. It is what it is, but they all knew what they were getting into when they bought their homes where they did.

These people never lived in the city of Baton Rouge. So they didn’t just decide not to live in BR anymore because they never lived in BR in the first place. They used “Baton Rouge” on mailers because it was the closest municipality.
