I'm not wishing for anything.
In the end, the odds the case actually goes to trial is slim imo. Trump probably wins in November and this case goes away. Very little chance a trial is happening before the election.

Too many compromised judges in the legal system, a compromised DOJ, compromised FBI, etc. You could say,"not a perfect legal system" but it would be more accurate to say, "it is an almost perfectly corrupt legal system" Honest judges, prosecutors and federal law enforcement personnel are exceptions. Apparently the DOJ, aka Biden's lawyers, were arguing that Trump is an isolated case.
Ummm, it doesn't work that way. Either it's selective prosecution or every president will be hauled into court. Neither is acceptable.
