Think the pats would prefer to trade back a little from 34
Hopefully they can turn that into with Patrick Paul, Aiyuk, or take a swing at one of the remaining Xs like Mitchell or Keon Coleman

You might be negotiating in year 3 but you don't have to get anything done until year 5.
