Many many many times.
Marlin is what most people to go Cabo for, however you will catch LOADS of Tuna and Mahi... they are much closer to shore and you will assuredly catch a few of each before lunch.
Pisces and Redrum are reliable but expensive.
Best prices are found at the marina, you should always negotiate your price AND THE ACTUAL BOAT and ensure they buy LOTS of live bait as they are leaving the marina (you will pass by dozens of small boats selling their live bait).
Some cheap assess will only buy a few pieces and you're fricked if it gets eaten in the first 30 minutes. it's happened to me.
