This is a really bad look for the New York courts right now. Trump can and should hammer them on this. He should be screaming this travesty from the rafters. "Look what they'll do to me based on no evidence while letting a rapist go free!"

This is a weird cope to the fact that the NY criminal appeals system can/will correct errors at trial, in the face of allegations the entire system is rigged.
This ruling is good for Trump. I don't get why Patriots are melting.
