I don’t think they get paid much. Like a few hundred bucks per shoot for an unknown actress and maybe a few grand for one that’s more famous.

A chick who’s good looking enough to be a well known porn actress can probably make a lot more money working at a nicer strip club than they would just on filming porn. And then when they decide to get out of that industry and find a respectable career or start a family, they don’t have to worry as much about their past coming back to haunt them since there wouldn’t be a bunch of videos floating around all over the internet of them getting railed by BBC.
