Anyone use ChatGPT for healthy recipes?

I just started playing on ChatGPT today and it seems like a game changer. You can simply go in and ask for a meal that takes less than 40 minutes to cook, has 25 grams of protein, and 600 calories and the thing spits out a ton of options. Has anyone cooked any ChatGPT recipes to see if they are worth a damn? They sound good.
Example:
Turkey and Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers:
Ingredients:
2 large bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
8 oz lean ground turkey
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (use any color)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it's no longer pink.
Stir in cooked quinoa, diced tomatoes, dried oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
Place bell pepper halves in a baking dish. Spoon the turkey and quinoa mixture into each pepper half.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until peppers are tender.
If desired, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the stuffed peppers during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Serve hot.
This recipe provides a balanced meal with protein from the turkey and quinoa, and the bell peppers add a nice crunch and sweetness. Enjoy your meal!

Is it clear whether it is finding a sharing a complete recipe or making up its own based on pieces of many? The latter could be fun.

To hard to tell but I will say if you ask to make any changes it easily substitutes things that still make sense in the recipe.
