Best you can hope for is up to 90% of the silver content as the purchaser has to handle it and then have it melted to get their money back.
Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver by weight, that's the usual alloy silver flatware consists of.
A normal Sterling Silver fork varies (due to the pattern) in Silver content from around 0.9 ounces to 1.3 ounces of actual silver. The other 7.5% is usually copper.
Silver is presently at ~$27.43 per ounce so you should expect (best case) $22.00 to 32.00 per fork average fork realized to you.
