Maybe but seems like the nostalgia for Dixie was pretty far gone to begin with. Really don’t remember seeing anyone under 40 (my age bracket) drinking Dixie before Gayle so nothing to be nostalgic about

There’s probably an argument that they were too far out from Katrina, which basically killed them, when the sale went through. They weren’t doing great at that point, but it was still a name.
