it absolutely will not die out. this wishful thinking gets repeated ad nauseum on this board, and i dont blame anyone for this coping mechanism, but it's time we accept that DEI, Marxism, and this revolutionary mindset doesnt die out, ever. the long march through the institutions is almost complete, and once it is done, there is no going back.

I work at a major multi-national company and it has died out a TON the last couple of years. Removed from new employee onboarding, removed as an official criteria for hiring, etc.

ETA:

At one point they tried to tie comp for certain groups to their DEI score and it was gone in like 6 months
