dual scrapper beater

I'm assuming this is a slightly better version of the stock beater that came with ours? One that can help do a little more scooping around the bowl. Ours came with the dough hook, wire whisk, and beater (looked ceramic coated.)

pasta maker - it's a blast to use and I'm still glad we have it.

I do suppose that's fair. $70-$90 for parts that I should assume last a very long time if not used too often does seem like a worthwhile investment. Maybe it's something we can add on later.

I do know for a fact that I enjoy the idea of making homemade burgers and grinding up beef for dishes that I want to try out.

I have this off-brand roller. It's only $40 and it works great. I've had it for 4 years now.

Yes,
The stock beater doesn't have any scrappers, and some of the aftermarket ones only have a scrapper on one side. This dual version makes it so you don't need to stop the machine, scrape the sides, and resume as often or many times not at all.
