re: Whats the best way to get out of Jury Duty?

The judge asked people who have a medical problem to raise their hand. I raised mine and he told me to come forward. He asked me my problem. I showed him the hearing aids that I wear and that I have great difficulty understanding all that is said in a large courtroom.

He excused me from jury duty.
