I may be old school but get them doing things a man should do.

Put some country in them. Learn to work on your own stuff and repair things, hunt, fish, understand nature and how to coincide with it, grow a garden.

Life(schooling) is set up to teach you how to be successful at a job, it's not set up to teach you how to be successful as a person, father, leader of a household, and a man.
