It actually makes it more hilarious because he was talking to a kid in the crowd that was heckling him.

If you can’t find the humor in that clip and need their level of explanation, I don’t think anyone here will be able to help you.
But you are in the extreme minority of people who don’t laugh at that clip. But you probably know that are are just being a contrarian
