I have a Dolphin s200 that stopped working. The impeller motor was getting stuck. Opened the motor and cleaned the carbon out and greased the bearings. Things worked great again for a couple of months and then it was back to not spinning when submerged (it spun when out of water). Bought a cheap little kit on eBay with new o-rings, bearings and brushes. Getting the bearings off was a challenge, and I had to solder the new brushes to the control board, but totally worth it, and it runs like new now. Also replaced the treads and brushes. Way cheaper than a new robot!
