One week she’ll be bleeding and another she’s fertile.
For two 20 somethings, it can be a hard thought!
Just pull out for the fertile week. Timing can be difficult if your spouse doesn't have a "regular" cycle. But, if she's ovulates on the 16th day of her cycle every month, then it's much easier to plan.
It's much better than fricking up her hormones by using birth control pills.

This was our issue with it, my wife would have spans where she was every 4 weeks, then suddenly she'd go 5-6 weeks between cycles, then down to 3. In the end, it appears it averaged out to once a month, but she was all over the place...never took birth control in her life
