Well thats because Kiffin is an actual coach. Not a former pro athlete pretending to be and being propped up by media.

They're both pretty shallow and immature if you ask me. When Deion actually won a game everyone was calling him cheeky and fun. When Kiffin was losing, he was left at the tarmac.
Its obvious that both are just trying to fake it til they make it.
