Were people in the South who opposed desegregation really terrible racist rednecks, or did they just want to protect their kids and community?

Not a mention of the largest contributor to the skyrocketing increase of this behaviour, the infamous "Dear Colleague" Letter as it it referred to.

During the enlightened presidency his dept of education sent out a letter informing schools if a blacks were disciplined at a higher rate than the percentage of blacks in that school.....they risked losing all federal funding.

It became game on for any gangster in a school. Parents complaning, well take it up with the local police, because if we file, we lose funding.

On another note, how about the genious DA in this case charge the girl (its always a girl who is filming and wants to see someone "leakin blood") with aiding in this event?

And I like the town years ago (it was overturned for racism) that cut social benefits to the parent if the kids got in trouble or missed school. The incidents disappeared, kids grades improved, but it was canceled.
