I just made some smoked turkey salad with the leftover smoked turkey I did a few days ago.

I chopped up the turkey fairly fine and added the following:

Both onion and celery minced fine
Green onion chopped fine
Sweet Relish
Dill Pickle diced fine
Boiled eggs cut small
Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste

The amounts of each of the above are dependent on the amount of meat used and to your preferred taste.

My wife makes a great turkey salad with Thanksgiving leftovers. Probably my favorite way to eat the turkey. Her's is heavy on the celery and sweet relish. Just mix and adjust until you get it the way you like it.

She experimented with trying to duplicate the basic Chicken Salad Chick recipe and believes butter is the key to their chicken salad.
