how was handling it? was it relatively docile?

It was flighty at first - when I spotted it at my feet it was already on the go. Was able to hook & tail it to walk it the few steps back to the open parking area, and after it crawled around a bit it settled down some. When I ditched the stick and started handling it, a few times the bitey end came back up in my direction but never in an aggressive manner - more focused on just trying to get away. I think I probably could have straight up free handled it without getting bit…but I damn sure wasn’t going to find out.

I briefly attempted to tail the pygmy, but that lil fricker was having none of it.

So now that you have caught one of the deadliest snakes in the world, is there one snake you will not catch?
