Those schools are full of out of state kids now (Alabama 59% & Ole Miss 57% compared to LSU 34%). It's expensive to send ur kid out of state, which means they likely couldn't get into their own flagship school and have the money to go elsewhere. Most of these graduates end up going to Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, etc for work afterwards.
