Just returned from Streamsong a couple weeks ago
Highly recommend
Another great option that you can probably do for a little less it’s Big Cedar lodge in Missouri
That was a great spot as well

Big Cedar and Streamsong are great options. If you want to do things outside of golf, Big Cedar is probably a better option. Streamsong is in the middle of nowhere with not much to do other than golf. Neither resort offered packages when we went, but doing it a la carte was in line price wise as other packages we had quoted.
We've done packages at Innisbrook and Sea Island. Both were great. Sea Island was slightly more expensive, but the courses were a little better. Both resorts have three courses, with two of the three being more "premier" than the third.

Kohler Wisconsin sounds like a good fit. I'm not sure what type of packages they offer these days but I loved it there. 4 great courses, very nice town. I went in May, they say the best time to go is in August/September.

The Pinehurst area has this in spades
Pinehurst Resort Itself has 10 courses and offers packages
You could also do a Mid Pines/Pine Needles/Southern Pines package
Throw in Tobacco Rd to either

Highly recommend Kiawah Island. My wife (no pics) and I did a 3 day package for our 10 year anniversary and played several of the courses, including the Ocean Course. Every thing was fantastic and of course you can lounge at the beach in the evening.

Lake Oconee has a bunch of courses that are all nice. Could make that work depending on budget.

Everyone should do a trip to Bandon Dunes.
It's majestic.
