I can certainly see the argument that there is selective prosecution here, and that this selective prosecution constitutes improper election interference. If that is your sole argument, so be it.

But are you arguing ALSO that a requirement that a criminal Defendant be present for trial ... in and of itself ... constitutes improper election interference? That it is somehow improper to apply to Trump the same procedural rule that applies to every other individual criminal Defendant in the entire State of New York? Because I have trouble seeing any logic in that argument.
