No, but our business insurance rep says another customer who operates a pool service company is getting sued for seven figures.
Some dipshits from California moved in and sewed them because the chlorine "made their kids sick".
The insurance company will probably settle, and the pool service company will have a tough time getting business insurance from now on.
ETA: it's easy to form an LLC to prevent a lawsuit from taking your personal property. Highly recommended.
